KIDS HOME FROM SCHOOL Tuesday December 27 1-3 PM
Hola Amigos! Today we make some Mexican inspired food. Make our own tortilla chips to serve with homemade salsa. Next we use the chips to make Chicken Chilaquiles better known as “Kicked up Nachos!”. Some Fresh Strawberry Sorbet to finish. $20.00 pp + tax.
KIDS HOME FROM SCHOOL Thursday December 29 1-3 PM
Come play with pasta dough today! We will make cheese ravioli with milk and cream for the cheese, eggs and flour for the pasta. Use the pasta machine and ravioli form and serve with a modest red sauce. You will love the result. $20.00pp + tax.
FRIDAY JANUARY 6 AROUND THE WORLD 6-9PM
From Laos it's Ginger Chicken and Jasmine Rice, Korma of Root Vegetables from Afghanistan, Hearts of Palm, Avocado, and Orange Salad from the Caribbean, and Bourbon Fudge Pecan Pie from New Orleans. $39.00 pp + tax.
SATURDAY JANUARY 7 FRENCH MACARONS 3-6 PM
In August my daughter and I went to NYC to learn how to make French Macarons. Join us in learning the techniques to give you a crisp exterior and creamy interior, the proper “foot”, along with flavors and colors to write home about. $29.00 pp+tax.
MONDAY JANUARY 30 DESSERT CREPES 6-8PM
Tonight we are concentrating on learning to make a great sweet Crepe. Mix the batter, cook the crepe, flip, finish cooking and sauce it. Special pricing at $14.95 pp + tax.
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 4 APPALACHIN COUNTRY COOKING 6-9PM
Last fall I took a class on Appalachin cooking and would like to give you a sample of what I learned. Deviled eggs as an appetizer, Bacon wrapped Chicken Thighs, Cornbread, Squash and Apples, and a fab Apple Stack Cake. $39.00pp + tax.
WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 8 PIEROGI'S 6-8:30 PM
Steak and Cheese Pierogi, Buffalo Chicken Pierogi, come learn how to make the dough, form the pockets, fill the pockets, boil and saute. A nice salad comes with it. $29.00 pp+tax.
TUESDAY FEBRUARY 14 VALENTINE'S DAY DINNER 6-9PM
Crab and Ricotta Ravioli in a Lemon Butter Sauce. We make the Ricotta and the Ravioli!
Beef Filet, Caramelized Onions, Roasted Potatoes, Poached Pears in Port. This is a menu that is special. $42.00 pp + tax.
MONDAY FEBRUARY 20 PRESIDENTS DAY FOR VEGETARIANS 6-9PM
Mushroom Soup, Black Bean Burgers, Caponata Topped Eggplant, Tiramisu Shooters. It is a vegetarian menu, but doesn't lack flavor and variety! $39.00 pp + tax.
